Hot Springs Road, Montecito, California,  1979 Additions to Existing Spanish/Moorish Style Home:

A huge addition to an existing Spanish-Moorish style Mansion on Hot Springs Road, Montecito, California, featuring a forty foot high tower, a basement recreation room, a south-facing solarium, a two story rare manuscript library, and a third story parent’s bedroom, bath and study.

New Two-car Garage and Recreation/Wildlife Rehabilitation Room on Feliz Drive Oak View and Front Porch Addition to Existing Residence, completed about 2000-2012:

A Two-car Garage and recreation room used for state and federal licensed wildlife rehabilitation.

 

Drainage System on end of Sumac Drive Mira Monte that was part of Addition/remodel of the Main Residence and Second Dwelling, completed 2007:

During escrow a heavy rainstorm and mudslide came down onto Farnham Road and the slope had to be rebuilt with a grading permit before work could resume on the main house plans.

 

Wheelchair Accessible Bathroom on Mercer Avenue Ojai, completed about 2001:

A new wheelchair accessible roll-in shower for an elderly couple.
